Start & Ends in Cusco

Arrival - Openning Ceremony & Intention

We will come pick you up at Cusco's airport to drive you to the hotel in the sacred valley where we will start this amazing journey together. Sharing what brings each of us here with the medicine of Cacao.

Ancestral wisdom in Pisac

Pisac will be our base for the first days where we will start this inner journey, we will visit the arqueological park in pisac and we will start connectiong with our soul plan.

Temazcal & Womb Healing

We reach the most transformative days of the journey, with some ancestral practices like temazcal  & womb healing.  Temazcal, also known as sweat lodge, is an ancient practice that helps us to connect with the 4 elements and with pachamama, leting go what doesn't serve us anymore and coming out of the lodge feeling lighter, it's like being born again.

Wachuma Hike in the Andean Mountains

This is one of the most amazing days of the trip! We will go to a sacred mountain and work with San Pedro, a cactus that helps you get out of your mind and open your heart. We will connect with andean cosmovision and its 3 worlds (Ukhupacha, Kaypacha, Hannanpacha)

Exploring the Peruvian Jungle

The next step of our journey brings us to the peruvian jungle, leaving the andean mountains behind, to connect with the green & vibrant Jungle, where we will see monkeys, and colourful birds, and we will have time to integrate all the work done in Pisac.

Machu Picchu

The journey brings us now to Machu Picchu, a magical place, that will stay in your heart forever, we will visit the arqueological site and we will climb the Wayna Picchu where we will start preparing our new version after this trip.

1.  Is it safe to travel and stay a few days alone? Yes! Peru is generally safe for travelers, especially in tourist areas. If you decide to stay a few days extra before or after the trip, we will provide tips on safe solo travel, trusted accommodations, and local customs to help you feel secure. 2. The weather varies depending on the place and altitude. Sacred Valley (Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Urubamba) -  Daytime: 18-25°C – Warm and sunny during the day, perfect for exploring. Nighttime: 10-15°C – Cold mornings and evenings—layering is essential! Humidity: Low (dry season) - Dry air, so stay hydrated and use moisturizer. Rainfall: Very little to none 4. What does the price include? The price covers accommodations, guided activities, ceremonies, local transportation and 2 meals per day. Flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. 5. What types of accommodation are provided? We stay in a mix of eco-lodges, boutique hotels, and comfortable guesthouses that reflect the authentic beauty of Peru. 6. Who are Nastja and Alex, and why are they good guides? We are a couple and experienced space holders and travel guides (well, that’s mainly Alex:)). Nastja is passionate about guiding women to reconnect with their feminine energy and womb wisdom through ancient practices and healing circles. She creates sacred spaces where women can explore divine feminine energy, different archetypes, tantra, and emotional healing.  Alex is a Gestalt therapist, transpersonal therapist, NLP coach, meditation coach and astrologist, and brings a wealth of experience from over 10 years of leading the biggest meditation center in Barcelona. For the past seven years, he’s been guiding spiritual journeys in South America, including Peru, Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico, helping individuals and other therapists deepen their meditation practices. Together, we create a journey that goes beyond the surface to touch the heart and soul. 7. What if I have dietary restrictions? Most meals are included, featuring delicious, locally sourced food. Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs can be accommodated—just let us know in advance! 8. What should I bring? A full packing list will be provided, but key essentials include comfortable clothing for warmer and colder weather, hiking shoes, jacket, hat and gloves for colder mountain areas, sunscreen, and an open heart for new experiences. 9. Who is leading the ceremonies? We collaborate with experienced local shamans and facilitators who hold authentic and safe ceremonies. Some of the workshops will also be guided by us. Let’s say 50% of workshops are guided by us, and 50% by local facilitators. 10. What is the spoken language on the trip? The main language spoken in our group will be English, however the local language spoken in Peru is Spanish. We will also be exposed to Quechua, the language of the Andes. 11. How much extra money will I need? It depends on your personal spending. Budget for souvenirs, extra snacks, and optional extra days if you decide to prolong your trip. 12. Where should I look for flights, and how much do tickets cost? We usually look for flights through Google Flights, which gives you the best options based on different travel dates. You need to arrive in Cusco, that’s where we pick you up and start the journey together. There are many ways to get there, but the one we currently found the cheapest and best option is Venice - Lima (Peru) - Cusco (Peru). The price of the return flight will be between 1000-1300 eur. 13. What is the size of the group? To keep the experience intimate and personalized, we travel with a small group of around 5-8 people. 14. Does the trip include taking plant medicine? Participation in plant medicine ceremonies is optional and not a required part of the journey. We will work with the medicine of cacao, which is a very gentle heart opener and also Wachuma (San Pedro), which is plant medicine used to open the heart and connect with your deeper emotions. You can join the ceremonies without taking the plant medicine. Usually these ceremonies are beautifully led by local facilitators, they include a lot of live music, singing and sharing circles. 15. Do I need to be spiritual or have any knowledge to join the trip? Not at all! This journey is open to everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs. Whether you are curious, already on a personal journey, or simply want to explore Peru in a meaningful way, you are welcome. No prior knowledge or spiritual experience is needed—just an open mind and heart. 16. What is special about this trip? This journey is far more than just a sightseeing tour—it’s a transformational experience that invites you to explore both the breathtaking landscapes of Peru and the depths of your inner world.
